Twenty-Five Years of Paint, Stain, and Straight Lines
Founded by Fernando Diaz in 2001 and still owner-run from Duluth, Georgia. We paint homes across metro Atlanta the way we'd want our own painted: prepped properly, finished carefully, and left clean.
Careful prep, honest estimates, finishes that hold
Colors Diaz Painting started in 2001 with Fernando Diaz, a brush, a ladder, and a few houses in Gwinnett County. Twenty-five years later the company is still his, still based in Duluth, and still grows the way it always has: one finished house and one referral at a time.
We specialize in residential interior and exterior painting, and in the finishes around it: stain work on decks, fences, and cabinetry, furniture-grade lacquer on cabinets and built-ins, pressure washing, and the drywall and carpentry repairs that have to happen before paint will last. Doing all of it ourselves means one crew, one schedule, and one person accountable for the result.
Every project gets a written, itemized estimate up front and a walkthrough in good light at the end. Fernando still gives the estimates and checks the work, because after twenty-five years in the same neighborhoods, the company's name is on every house we've finished.

Walkthrough & Colors
Fernando visits, looks at every surface, flags repairs, and talks through colors and sheens in your actual light.
Written Estimate
Surfaces, prep work, products, coats, schedule, and price, itemized in writing. Free, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
Prep & Paint
Repairs, sanding, caulking, and priming first. Then finish coats, applied in the right conditions with clean, sharp lines.
Final Inspection
We walk every wall and edge together in good light, touch up anything you point to, and leave the space clean.
