Inman Park

Inman Park is Atlanta's first planned suburb, and its Victorians are famous for their color. Painting one properly means three, four, or five colors applied to brackets, spindles, and shingles with real precision, after every board has been prepped.

The wood on these houses is old and often patched. We scrape, replace what's rotted, prime bare wood, and caulk every seam before color goes on, so the finish holds.

Inside, Inman Park homes have tall ceilings, heart-pine trim, and plaster walls, and our crews are comfortable with all three.
